Community Export Development Program
The Community Export Development Program (CED) works with federal, provincial and municipal partners and provincial stakeholders in building linkages at the community level, promoting the International Trade and Marketing Division's export programs and services. CED programs assist economic development organizations in Ontario with their initiatives to encourage local companies to expand internationally. Exporter Workshops, First Steps in Exporting seminars and conferences introduce new and experienced exporters to government and other resources, and provide practical insights into the business of exporting. Canada-Ontario Export Forum (COEF)COEF is Ontario's regional trade network team providing coordinated programs and services to Ontario companies interested in international business development. Economic Developers Council of Ontario (EDCO) EDCO is "Ontario's Economic Development Network". Economic Developers Association of Canada (EDAC) EDAC's mission is to enhance professional competence and advance economic development as a profession. Canada-Ontario Business Service Centre (COBSC) COBSC provides accurate and timely information on programs, services and regulations to Ontario businesses in collaboration with our federal, provincial and non-governmental partners. Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) AMO's traditional activities include inter-government relations and policy development, as well as gathering and disseminating information on all issues affecting municipalities. Ontario Chamber of Commerce (OCC) OCC's mandate is to foster sustained economic growth as the "Voice of Business in Ontario". |
